Tender & Contract Analyst

What are you going to do?

• Support the entire tender bid process to ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality bids.
• Participate in the analysis of tender decision documents and assist in developing implementation plans.
• Collaborate with key departments to support strategic pricing for tenders
• Provide analytical support for decision making on pricing, contracts profitability optimization, market and competitor’s as well as post-bid win/loss analysis.
• Identify contract deviation actuals vs. business case.

What is your background?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• A couple of years’ experience in tender pricing or contract management
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and foster a positive work environment  
• Strong communication skills in Swedish & English, verbal & written.
