Key Account Manager Private Chains

What are you going to do?

  • Develop and execute market strategy, tactical sales, and marketing plans
  • Prioritize customer relationships and establish annual account plans for key customers
  • Pro-actively develop existing customers through up-sales/cross-sales & retention.
  • Drive profitable growth throughout the customer lifecycle by identifying and prioritizing opportunities
  • Collaborate with business on opportunity management involving effective pre-tender positioning, competitive pricing, and negotiation to secure profitable deals.
  • Implement solutions/new contracts and handle day to day support to customers
  • Be a supportive leader for your team consisting of Sales Executives and Product Managers.

What is your background?

  • Relevant academic background (BSc or higher)
  • Proven ability to develop strategic, tactical, and operational plans for effective account management
  • Strong analytical mindset with business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and lead engaged teams
  • Experience in international settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (verbally and in writing)
  • Previous experience in the medical/healthcare sector is meriting
