Technical IC Specialist – Kungsbacka

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven technician for our cleaning and disinfection devices at hospitals cross Sweden. The successful candidate will work with our internal teams across the company to provide installation, support, and field service for our Swedish customers.

What are you going to do?

Field Work:

• Provide technical support on an installed base
• Troubleshoot and repair systems in the field
• Perform regular maintenance and updates.
• Assist users who have problems with using the equipment
• Conduct user training
• Participate in projects, including new installations and upgrades

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and system changes.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system

What are we looking for?

• An independent technician who works as well in a team as alone
• Education such as vocational certificate in electrician, electronics or similar.
• Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
• Experience from cleaning and disinfection devices is beneficial
• Act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Comply to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination.
• Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively.
• Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way.
• Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support others in the pursuit of team goals
