What are you going to do?
As Sales Director HS SE, you will report to the Managing Director Hospital Solutions and have a dotted line to the Managing Director of Mediq Sweden. You will be responsible for leading a sales organization of approximately 15 people consisting of three sales teams with their respective managers. You will link strategic leadership to daily execution to drive performance and achieve Mediq's revenue targets and growth objectives in the Swedish market. Additionally, you will take active leadership in the HS leadership team in Scandinavia and Baltics, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tender & Contract Management, Category Management, and Supply & Demand Planning, to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to achieving Mediq's sales goals.
You will also be responsible for leading M&A sourcing and portfolio management to drive EBITDA for the SE HS team. Building robustness into team retention, you will develop team skills across customer and product segments. You will manage high contribution partners and potentially lead a sales team directly next to leadership of leaders.
Furthermore, you will interact and be accountable for tasks across the organisation with multiple internal stakeholders to get the optimal resource level supporting HS performance. As a people leader in Mediq, you will set sales targets, monitor performance, and coach and develop your sales organisation. You will forecast sales trends and provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Overall, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Mediq by ensuring that your sales teams are motivated, effective, and aligned with Mediq's overall strategy and goals.
