Product Data Steward Team Lead – Kungsbacka

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Product Data Steward Team Lead to join our team. This is your opportunity to work for a leading company where you enable sustainable healthcare and make a difference to society every day.

Supporting the Commercial Product Manager the successful candidate will lead a team of Product Data Stewards and manage the full SKU lifecycle including the end to end view on product information to be complete for all countries.  

What are you going to do?

• Enable smooth tender positionings
• Product replacements
• Oversees assortment across IFS countries
• Maintain e2e SKU lifecycle
• Keep assortment clean
• Ensure product information is complete for all countries (pictures, text, documents)
• Support in tender positioning
• Suggest product replacements
• Independently provide first-go at tender positionings
• Proactively and continuously obtain assortment overview
• Proactively coordinate amongst stakeholders what is required to keep assortment clean
• Build relationships across different functions including Sales, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Customer Service

What is your background?

• Proven experience within primary product portfolio
• The ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Hands-on with solid business acumen
• Result- and project-orientation and strong customer drive
• Focused mindset on the achievement of targets
• Ability to differentiate by an analytical mind and customer-oriented approach
• Proven experience in data stewardship or a related field, with a focus on product data.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for data management and quality assurance.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
