HR Business Partner

To strengthen our team and improve the employee experience, we are now looking for an engaged and driven HR Business Partner for Norway and Sweden. About the Role:

Mediq has about 3000 employees operating in 13 countries with headquarter in the Netherlands. This HRBP role is based in Kungsbacka Sweden and cover our joint organisation for Norway and Sweden. We have a warehouse and office in Kungsbacka and an office in Oslo, which means that you will work cross functions and cross markets to support our organisation.

You will report to the head of HR for Norway and Sweden, and be part of a global HR organisation with an ambitious people strategy to improve employee experience and implement global ways of workings and platforms. You will play a key role to drive change and improvements with a particular focus on supporting managers in Norway and Sweden with onboarding, performance management, labour law and compensation & benefits question. First line HR support has recently moved to our HR Services team, and you will be part of improving ways of working including developing our employee handbook and other guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious organisation in transformation where you will impact all parts of the people journey and gain experience from working with teams in both Norway and Sweden.

Responsibilities:

An important part of your work will be to improve the manager and employee experience. You will:

  • Support managers and employees with people and culture related questions and processes; e.g onboarding, work environment, labour law and collective agreements.
  • Improve and keep our HR policies and guidelines up to date.
  • Contribute to the development of workplace initiatives and promote a positive culture.
  • Solve problems and drive initiatives to improve HR processes

 

Qualifications:

We believe that you have some years of experience from a company with collective agreements and the basic people processes in place.  You have experience of working in SuccessFactors or a larger HCM system and know how to guide managers in the different people processes. You have integrity and you are curious about how you can have a positive impact on the business and organisation.

We are looking for someone with:   

  • Great collaboration skills and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Experience from HRBP roles, with experience from Norwegian and/or Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian, as well as English which is our corporate language.

We believe in collaboration and working together to support the organisation and co-create solutions. This position will be based at our office and warehouse in Kungsbacka and will require travelling to our office in Oslo. We have a hybrid workplace and our ambition in HR is to be close to our stakeholders and colleagues on site both in Norway and Sweden.
