Healthcare IT Specialist – Kungsbacka

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Healthcare IT Specialist to join our team. This is your opportunity to work for a leading company where you enable sustainable healthcare and make a difference to society every day.

The successful candidate will work with our internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Logistics to provide technical IT support. The successful candidate will provide Installation and technical support for medical technical systems in the Nordics.  

What are you going to do?

Installation and Configuration:

• Integration, installation and configure computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Set up workstations, servers, and network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install and configure operating systems, enterprise applications, and other software.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, replacing faulty components when necessary.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure systems are se-cure and functioning efficiently

User Assistance:

• Assist users with IT-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency with hardware and software.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and system changes.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Project Involvement:

• Participate in IT projects, including new installations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to achieve project goals

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree within, IT, engineering
• Good verbal and written communication skills in a Norwegian or Swedish or Danish language and English.
• Experience of intergration of Healthcare IT
• Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
• Act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
• Comply to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination.
• Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively.
• Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way.
• Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and support others in the pursuit of team goals.
