Customer Service Specialist

Join our dynamic team and take up a position in our customer service operations. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team who will play an important role in ensuring that every case is dealt with promptly and followed up

Your keen attention to detail will be critical in verifying that all necessary information is captured correctly in order for our cases to be resolved in the best possible way.

In this role, you will be in conversation with customers and respond to emails, addressing their needs for assistance with empathy and efficiency. Your sense of service will shine through as you manage our customers and lead initiatives to offer the best possible solution.

Our team consists of 12 individuals, all with a genuine passion for service, and continue to make Mediq a valuable partner for our customers.

What are you going to do?

• Handle incoming calls, orders, deliveries, returns and complaints from our customers.

• Provide professional service and advice by understanding customer needs and providing quick and effective solutions.

• Provide advice and guidance to clients based on their individual needs.

• Work proactively and collaborate both internally and externally to provide the service that the customer requests.

• You interact and communicate without prestige to achieve results in an unobstructed manner

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a good customer experience

• Administer and register deviation cases, return documents

What is your background?

• High school or other equivalent education
• Very good administrative skills
• Previous experience in the service profession and dealing with customers.
• Proficient in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys working at a fast pace.
• Has good experience with the Office package.
• Desirable to know other Scandinavian languages

The position is located in Kungsbacka with access as soon as possible.
