Business Analyst

Mediq, the leading European medical equipment company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic and newly established digital team. You will refer to the Lead Product Owner.

We are developing a composable eco-system of great tech and modern platforms which we intend to roll out to all of Europe. For now, we focus on Nordics and UK.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications used for development teams across the Nordics
• Process mapping and service design
• Support the Product Owner in development and implementation of innovative ecommerce solutions for our B2C and B2B platforms across all markets.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify existing process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Drive agile development by collaborating closely with the Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Plan and facilitate internal requirement workshops and user testing.
• Design and execute the testing and acceptance strategy for new feature releases.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Product Owners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably from an ecommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytic skills – one of your main talents, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders and developers across different countries and cultures.
• Fluent in English, fluency in one of the Nordic languages is a requirement.
